Robert William Pilus, Sr. "Little Billy" age 79, of Watertown, formerly of Sandusky, OH and Cornwall, NY, entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 20, 2012 with family by his side. Bob is survived by his special angel Glenna Tracy, son Robert Jr. (Lori) Pilus and daughter Trishie (Gale) Dauch, grandchildren Wendy Pierce, Robin Pilus, Gage Dauch, great grandchildren Logan Johnson, Morgan Johnson, Charlie Body and Dominic Body, brother Joseph (Winnie) Pilus, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Bob was preceded in death by his loving wife Sherry Pilus on December 29, 1999, brother Lloyd Pilus and sister-in-law Jeanette Pilus. Bob was born on December 4, 1932 to Joseph and Hilda Pilus in the town of New Burgh, NY. He attended Cornwall High School. Upon graduating he went on to attend Orange County Community College in Orange County, NY. Bob served his country in the Navy on the USS Coral Sea in the Mediterranean. He retired from General Motors in Sandusky, OH as lead electrician after serving the company for 29 years. He also worked for Du Point in New York as a supervisor prior to moving to Ohio. Bob enjoyed his retirement traveling in his mobile home, playing cards, spending time with his family and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed his winter months in Bullhead City, AZ with his special friend Glenna. Bob was a loving father and generous man, who will be loved and deeply missed by his family. Private services were held for the family.
