Bolewski, Sophia (Sophie) Frances
Of the City of Delafield, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2012 at the age of 96. Sophie was the daughter of Leo and Hattie Dolata and was born March 24, 1915. She is survived by her daughter Cathy (Ken) Kerznar and 10 nieces and their families . She is preceded in death by her husband Stefan Andrew Bolewski and her siblings Phyllis (Julius) Eberling, Isabel (Stanley) Fularczyk and David (Lorraine) Dolata.
Private funeral services are being held for the family.
Memorials in Sophia's name are suggested to the American Alzheimer's Association or to AngelsGrace Hospice Center in Oconomowoc.
Sophie was a summer resident at Lake Keesus for more than 50 years. She could often be found wiling away the hours, fishing from the pier. The humble cottage her husband bought, so many years ago, was their little bit of paradise.
